Applicability

This privacy statement applies to all privacy sensitive information or personal details you share with us, for instance by means of a contact form. We value our relations’ privacy and we exercise great care in treating and protecting personal details. We process data in accordance with the provisions of the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (hereinafter: AVG).

Teslin is the controller as meant by the AVG with regard to processing your personal details. This means that Teslin alone determines which personals details will be processed, for which purpose and by which means. We are responsible for a proper and careful processing of your personal data in accordance with the AVG. In this privacy statement we explain what personal data we process and for which purposes we use it.

Purposes and legal foundations processing of personal data

By agreeing with this privacy statement, you explicitly allow us (as meant by Article 6(1)(a) of the AVG) to process your personal data for the hereinafter mentioned purposes. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. In case you do not share certain personal data with us, we may not be able to provide you with all the services we offer.

In case you have not explicitly consented to processing your personal data, or in case you have withdrawn this consent, the principles of Articles 6(1)(b), (c) and or (f) of the AVG could apply to the processing of your personal data. In that case, processing your personal data can occur/happen without your consent, provided that this is necessary to perform a contract which you are party to, or will become party to, or if it is necessary to pursue Teslin’s legitimate interests. Additionally, we can be legally obliged to process your personal data.

You have the right to access, rectification or erase your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent to process personal data or to object to it. You have the right to data portability in case we possess digital personal details that we either process with your consent, or process to perform a contract you are party to.

To ensure that a request to access was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity card. Black out your passport picture, MRZ (machine readable zone, the numbers on the bottom of the card), passport number and your citizen service number to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, at least within four weeks, to your request.
