RPC offers a stable and calm return, with the focus less on the (direct) return and more on maintaining capital. Investment in land qualifies as such.
RPC wants to continue to expand its acreage with agricultural land and with rural real estate with a different purpose, such as recreation, provided this is seen as a good addition to the portfolio. It is expected that opportunities will arise in the coming years for large-scale purchases of land that lies outside the regions where RPC has traditionally been active (South and West Netherlands). In addition, there are increasingly large land positions on the market that are owned by municipalities and construction companies.
Investing in RPC is possible from € 100,000.
On June 18, 2020, the General Meeting delegated the authority to the Management Board to resolve to issue a maximum of 10% of the total number of issued shares. The issue was opened in November. All shares have now been issued, which has closed the issue.
