The Teslin management board comprises Hein van Beuningen and Sonja Hartsuijker. They ensure that good governance is embedded in our organisation. Teslin is an authority on corporate governance in the Netherlands. Founder Frederik van Beuningen was a member of the Tabaksblat committee, which, in 2002, introduced the first company guidelines on corporate governance. Until late 2014, he was deputy chairman of the executive board of Eumedion, which represents the interests of institutional investors concerning corporate governance and sustainability at Dutch listed companies. Other members of the Teslin team also sit on Eumedion committees.
